SHORT DESCRIPTION: This image captures a fragment of Los Manantiales, a key example of brutalist architecture in Torremolinos. Here, the concept of béton brut — concrete in its rawest form — is presented with directness and honesty. What draws the eye is not just the material, but the way light, structure, and rhythm interact. The stairs seem to move — not literally, but in the way they guide the gaze, create tension, and suggest fluidity. There is a visual logic that’s hard to explain, yet instantly felt. I don’t seek to explain — I simply seek. Lines, balance, that fleeting beauty that appears when form and light align, if only for a moment.
